I added another month, hoping to get this working again while we sort out why the previous payment did not credit time to my account... and still nothing. 
I can not log in to the app or through the website using my username and password. I can log in to the website through my google account, but this doesn't help me with the app. it shows the month I just paid for on my account, but not the two months purchased last week.
PLEASE HELP.
