the number of servers have drastically been reduced on the mobile and in no way reflect "Premium' Services. I only saw 4 countries on offer.
Furthermore I've asked for a refund and they were quick to terminate the service. Yet after several weeks and emails I have had little or no correspondence. The ones that came through are one liners like "Will be done" or "Refund sent" and then nothing.
Nothing is done and no refund is sent. Can someone look into the matter? Ive been a loyal customer for several years now.
